The conspicuous over consumption of personal vehicles by the particular segments of urban residents indirectly creates complex problems for the survival of public mobility services in the cities. So to achieve the sustainable consumption and production scenario, it is required to define a networked pattern of mobility solutions in a systemic way, where every passenger must have the freedom to choose a combination of urban mobility activities according to their capabilities and preference which they have reasons to value within market economy.
